If you need to reset your Candidate Portal password, go to the login page, and select "Forgot Password" below the login button, and follow the prompts.
If you already have a candidate profile in our system, you do not need to create a new profile. You can apply for other roles using the same candidate profile. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it (see question 17 above). You can also update your CV on the Candidate Portal as required.
To delete a candidate profile in Workday's career page, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Workday account and go to the career page.
Click on the "Sign In" link at the top right corner of the page.
Enter your username and password to sign in.
Once you are signed in, click on the "My Profile" link at the top right corner of the page
On the My Profile page, click on the "More Actions" button located at the top right corner of the page. 6. From the drop-down menu, select "Delete Profile."
Confirm that you want to delete your profile by clicking on the "Yes" button
Once you have confirmed the deletion, your candidate profile will be permanently deleted from Workday's career page.
If you have previously deleted your candidate profile, please start the process again by creating a new candidate profile, then apply for the role.
