    The goal was to streamline the platform, enhance usability, and ensure seamless ride booking for improved patient care.

    We redesigned the platform to improve usability and efficiency. A clearer onboarding process reduces friction for users. We decluttered the interface, focusing on essential information and intuitive navigation. Upgrading the technology stack allows for easier feature expansion and a smoother experience. By shifting from a hybrid model to a more scalable solution, we enhanced performance and reliability.
