Eldercare, a leading residential care provider, relied on 5–6 complex SSIS packages feeding its data warehouse. The ETL process was challenging to update, time-consuming and hard to maintain. They required a more straightforward, reliable, future-proof ingestion process that preserved historical data and reduced ongoing debugging.

Synechron redesigned the ETL process to be more robust, scalable and maintainable. Additional required tables were identified and historical data preserved. SQL Server and SSIS were used with consistent naming standards and transformation rules, ensuring transparency and long-term maintainability.
