Proposition Design & Go-to-Market Strategy
We invested time reviewing the existing customer experience and looked across the market to understand strengths/opportunities across regional and international banking products to come up with sustainable solutions.
We assembled a cross-functional team and created a detailed service blueprint, including key APIs. The team conducted a detailed analysis of 3rd party vendors in line with the business requirements for the product. Through multiple workshops, and in collaboration with the business, we defined the entire information architecture of the product and detailed user flows of key journeys.
Synechron was tasked with reimagining the product roadmap and redesigning the application to transform this offering into a fully digitized family banking solution.
In the initial phase of this project, we conducted primary and secondary research, and collected various feedback from users to provide an overview of what has been delivered already and what has been successful to measure future growth.
We identified the potential product propositions the users wanted and measured against the market gap opportunity. We designed a 2-year release plan, which spanned 4 large scale product proposition releases across accounts, lending, credit, and junior account experiences.
We decided early on what where the valuable insights that we wanted to gather from users. To do this we created interactive prototypes of key journeys such as onboarding, moving money and topping up a junior account. The team tested the prototypes through user testing workshops to refine the journeys, to create the most optimal customer experience.
Throughout the process, the customer’s voice and the experience were key focus for us and we started by speaking to users early. We created a robust delivery plan covering all aspects needed to successfully take the product to market. This included user stories as well as a detailed sprint and release plan. We kick off a planned sprint delivery to ensure that the product is designed in detail, with regular testing cycles in parallel to the build.
