The Synechron recruitment process globally includes five distinct phases: 1) Application evaluation, 2) Conversation with a recruiter, 3) Assessment(s) to evaluate your domain and technical competencies, 4) Interviews with a hiring manager(s) and other Synechron leaders closely linked, and 5) Job offer negotiations.
Post your job offer acceptance, you will have to confirm your Date of Joining and on the day of joining you will be briefed on specifics for your onboarding process.

If you need to reset your Candidate Portal password, go to the login page, and select "Forgot Password" below the login button, and follow the prompts.
If you already have a candidate profile in our system, you do not need to create a new profile. You can apply for other roles using the same candidate profile. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it (see question 17 above). You can also update your CV on the Candidate Portal as required.
