Our workplace culture champions persons of all colors, cultures, backgrounds, beliefs, lifestyles and choices. We recognize and applaud individual differences, and support our employees with multiple programs designed to celebrate and encourage their uniqueness.
Synechron is a proud supporter of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace and beyond. We continue to build, advance and support programs and partnerships with external organizations that inspire and support individuals within our diverse global workforce. Our programs include various cross-functional/cross-global working groups, webinars, targeted training/retraining programs, virtual knowledge sessions, unconscious bias discussions, and more all toward creating awareness for an inclusive work environment.
Co-founder and CEO
“The strength of Synechron’s human capital lies in the diversity our people proudly provide, along with the equity and inclusion philosophy we embrace. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is not just a culture, it’s a deep belief system we live every day at Synechron. Our people-focused initiatives are simple, yet strong and impactful when it comes to making a difference and bringing out the very best in our dedicated team members. I visualize a day, when DEI becomes an effortless, foundational part of our collective core character and behavior across the world. And, if we all stand together, that day is within our reach.”
Managing Director & Global Head of Operations
“At Synechron, we are committed to fostering an inclusive culture – one which promotes equality, values diversity and encourages an environment that is respectful to all. To strengthen our Diversity and Inclusion agenda, our business units across the globe have taken up some amazing initiatives. We believe that these initiatives will be instrumental in creating an open, supportive and equitable workplace for all our employees.”
“ Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program, ‘Same Difference’, was developed because we believe in a culture of listening, respect, and opportunity. Our strength lies in our differences, and we are able to build more successful teams and a stronger business because of them. We understand that what works for one person may not necessarily work for another. We seek to meet our teammates’ needs and empower them to succeed through flexible working arrangements, mentorship and internal mobility programs, competitive benefits, and extensive learning and development opportunities. ”
All employment decisions at Synechron are based on business needs, job requirements and individual qualifications, without regard to the applicant’s gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.

The vision of our partnership is to support them achieve their goal, and engage with the world leaders in this mission.
We are immensely proud to have partnered with Campus Pride to help them achieve their goal. Founded in 2001, Campus Pride continues to build future leaders and safer campus communities for LGBTQ individuals. It exists to develop, support and give “voice and action” in building future LGBTQ awareness and ally student leaders. With them, we look forward to hiring more diverse and championed individuals who will be the torchbearers of Digital Transformation.
Gender inequality and diversity remain key issues around the globe, particularly in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Through a program of education, collaboration and networking, our partnerships with these organizations will play a critical role in addressing the diversity imbalance across multiple workforces.
