    The Challenge

    Our client faced significant data chaos, with fragmented, duplicated and opaque data pipelines managed manually, leading to inconsistent source tracking, resource waste and conflicting data truths. The lack of automated pipeline management and provenance tracking resulted in quality issues, compliance risks, delayed reporting and bottlenecks in AI-driven innovation. This compromised operational resilience, eroded customer trust and threatened overall business performance.

    The Solution

    We designed and implemented a data lineage and graph analysis solution. Claude models including Sonnet, Opus and Haiku formed the core reasoning layer across the application’s agents. Claude Sonnet powered orchestration, Claude Haiku supported sub-agents and Claude Opus was used for agentic evaluation as an LLM judge. Claude Code was used extensively throughout delivery to accelerate engineering workflows, improve code quality and shorten iteration cycles across integration, testing and refinement.

    Our process prioritized continuous delivery and developer acceleration by pairing Claude-assisted engineering, including extensive use of internal guidance assets such as skill.md and claude.md, with structured validation and release discipline.

    Design and Implementation

    Defined an architecture for lineage reasoning, graph traversal, natural-language querying. Built and tested the solution using Claude Code extensively to accelerate development of orchestration logic, validation routines and supporting engineering assets.
