    Our customer, a provider of digital referral tools for hospitals and eye‑care specialists, wanted to expand into Australia’s public hospital system. They needed to understand how each state handled eye‑care referrals and who the key decision‑makers were. Coordinating meetings across jurisdictions proved difficult, and each state used different eReferral systems. Their technology was often more advanced than existing setups, so workflows needed adapting to ensure smooth integration and adoption.

    The Solution

    Our team built a clear strategy to help the customer enter the public hospital system. We reviewed how their product worked, mapped each state’s referral processes, and met with key stakeholders to understand needs and gaps. We analyzed the different digital health systems, identified where they needed to adjust their workflows, and recommended trials, clinician engagement, and options for secure messaging. A final report gave the customer targeted steps to support adoption across jurisdictions.
