Minda, the largest intellectual disability service provider in South Australia, had a data environment that had become fragmented, with siloed workloads and limited experience with modern analytics tools. A lack of centralized governance made timely, business-critical insights difficult. This hindered evidence-based decision-making and limited adoption of governed self-service reporting.

Synechron provisioned key components of a scalable, cost-effective data analytics platform focused on client insights. Core business systems were integrated with tertiary sources such as web data. Power BI reports were built using a centrally managed data model and standardised corporate theme, demonstrating consistent, governed reporting and reusable templates for self-service.
