Flinders University in Adelaide set out to equip its new city campus with modern digital tools to improve the experience for students and staff. The vertical campus design created unusual technology needs and many chances to redesign processes. The challenge was to upgrade and better use existing systems while adding new ones, all working together smoothly. Our role was to help manage the program and design solutions that could support this complex mix of needs.

We worked with the university and their partners to deliver the technology needed for the new city campus. Our team led program management, analysis and solution design across several workstreams. We onboarded new areas into Dynamics CRM, created new processes, trained staff and added features like phone call capture. We introduced a digital queue and mobile app, improved resource booking, upgraded digital signage and supported a smooth move to Teams while keeping key Cisco services in place.
