The client was struggling with managing vast amounts of structured and unstructured data across multiple sources, including Workbench SC, Global Research, Refinitiv, Mergermarket, and internal complaints. Key insights were buried within siloed systems, making it difficult to extract meaningful information.

The lack of integration between these data streams hindered their ability to identify opportunities, track trends, and make informed decisions efficiently, creating a major business challenge.

The Solution

To tackle the client’s data management challenge, we engaged potential users, across three locations, to understand their behaviors and needs. This helped us to define business requirements and shape a tailored solution.

We developed a website that delivers curated insights and opportunities, adapting to user preferences. Key developments, market signals, and client updates are presented in intuitive cards, reducing complexity. Additionally, the ‘notebook’ feature enhances RM workflows, streamlining meeting preparation.
