    The Challenge

    Skills SA, a government entity providing vocational education, embarked on a cloud transformation journey to modernize vocational education and training across South Australia. Their old ATLAS system was outdated, hard to support, and required heavy manual work. It also had limited access for staff and partners. Separate systems made it difficult to track performance, align the workforce, and see important data like registration and funding. The customer needed a secure, scalable platform that supported self‑service, automation and better use of data.

    The Solution

    Phase 1 delivered a modern cloud system to replace ATLAS using Salesforce, bringing simple workflows, easier case management and self‑service portals for apprentices, employers and training providers. A new data platform in Azure brought all data together for better reporting and planning. A modern integration layer now connects to key national systems. Strong security, access controls and logging were built in, giving our customer a stable, scalable platform for future growth.
