    The Challenge

    ACH Group, an elderly care provider, was facing increased pressure on revenue and operation performance due to regulatory changes. Their data was spread across multiple systems, with manual data collection leading to a lack of contextual external outputs. Leaders recognized the need for a data-centric business model that would allow for timely insights, and intuitive performance management that would allow the organization to adapt to changing needs.

    The Solution

    We designed a comprehensive Advanced Analytics and Big Data Platform, that provided a scalable, modular foundation for insights. The platform also enables customized geocoded visualizations and modular analytics components that drive reduced delivery times and a holistic view of employees, customers, properties and staff. This operating model also introduced near real-time WHS monitoring and customer journey analysis supported by smart devices, wearables and building sensors.
