Updated Environment for Modern Workloads in Defense

Our client needed to update their core work environment to handle future needs and stronger security. Their old system was built for outdated tools and no longer fit their plans. Key tasks included setting up a secure modern environment, meeting strict security rules, supporting separate teams, enabling remote work, creating a safe development space, moving users and data, keeping long‑term records, maintaining system monitoring, and ensuring business continuity.

Our team was brought in to design and build a secure, modern environment that would first support development work and later form the base for wider business needs. We set up essential tools in the current system to keep operations running, including modern SharePoint and remote access. We then worked with the client to design a future setup covering hosting, networks, devices, identity, apps, and monitoring. We created a staged security plan and are now supporting rollout, improvements, user help, and ongoing maintenance.
