    The Challenge

    The finance team runs multiple Xero organizations, one per regional office. The official Xero connector for Claude was read-only, single-org and kept no record of changes, so the team switched between accounts to work and had no audit trail. That made real financial operations inside Claude impractical.

    The Solution

    Synechron built a single custom Xero MCP server that connects every Xero organization to Claude Desktop in the team's existing enterprise environment. The team now works across all entities in one place, with read and write access and a full audit log of every change.
