Our customer, an Australian educational entity partnered with us to create a secure and user-friendly application for a school’s embedded BI portal. The school needed a secure way to share student information with parents who were outside the Department’s systems. They struggled to protect sensitive data while still giving families simple, reliable access. The solution also had to meet strict government security rules and link with Daymap so new students and caregivers could be added automatically.

Our team built a secure, easy‑to‑use system that lets parents log in safely and see only their own child’s information. A simple web app connects to the school’s data while protecting anything sensitive. The system also links with Daymap so new families get access quickly without manual updates. Using the Azure platform ensured strong security, smooth updates, and a setup that can grow with the school’s future needs.
