1. How should I address my cover letter?

You can get right to the point. Either "Dear Recruiter" or 'To Whom It May Concern' is just fine. If you are a referral from a Synechron employee, however, make sure to reference them in your cover letter.

2. How do I apply?

First, browse our openings and make sure you qualify for the role before submitting your application. It’s okay to apply for positions in multiple offices, but when you apply for positions you’re not quite right for it raises a red flag with our recruiting department.

3. What documents do I need to submit?

All applicants are required to submit a resume, cover letter and PDF or URL of your prior work (e.g,. portfolio). We accept Adobe PDF files Microsoft PowerPoint slides and Microsoft Word documents.

4. How do I get hired?

If you're qualified for the open position, one of our recruiting associates will be in touch with you. Above and beyond your qualifications, we’re looking for talented people with a wide range of interests and skills. That means candidates should have one deep area of expertise along with other broader soft skills or interests.
Before applying, some of the questions you should be asking yourself are:

5. How does the process work?

Our global recruiting team works together to determine office and client needs. They also manage job listings, read incoming applications, determine fit and coordinate the interviews. If you're contacted for an interview, you may meet with multiple people and teams.

When you come to your interview, we also want to get to know you outside of your work. That’s why you should be prepared to show work examples, as well as talk about your outside interests.

6. How soon will I get a response?

We'd love to reply to each and every application personally, but at first you'll receive an automated reply that we've received your resume. Then, we'll review and share your submission with the appropriate people inside Synechron to see if it's a fit. If there's an immediate match, we'll contact you within four weeks from the time you submit your application. If you don't hear from us in that time frame, you can assume that there was no current match, but that we do keep your resume on file for future opportunities.

7. How much experience do you require?

In some cases we need a seasoned professional who can hit the ground running, while in other cases we hire right out of school or work with professionals with less experience. We pride ourselves on having the kind of corporate culture that can help everyone thrive.
