Digital Manager

As Digital Project Manager working in support of a leading global financial institution, my task is ensuring the team’s collaborative processes are in place, including producing project documentation in Confluence, managing an Agile software development project using JIRA, producing daily and weekly stakeholder reports and taking the lead in structuring technical meetings to address any challenges which have arisen.

/ / Why I joined Synechron

A company in a league of its own.

I joined Synechron hoping that my career in digital project management, which I felt had plateaued within the e-commerce landscape, would be pushed to the next level. I would’ve been happy with a moon landing. But instead, Synechron offered the metaphorical ‘Sun and Stars’ in the form of cutting-edge technological business solutions. This totally transformed the way I think about myself and my capacity to inject high-energy and drive into team management initiatives. Yes, it’s been nothing short of ‘wow’ and long may it continue!

Digital Projects

My IT career started in 1997 with working in support of the military community as a defense contractor (Systems Administration) before turning to leading e-commerce development projects across fashion, charity and SMEs over the last 9 years.

/ / My personal interests

Meditation, Alternative Medicine and Transpersonal Psychology.

I have a long-standing meditation practice and enjoy teaching others including work colleagues (as part of Health and Wellness initiatives) which is very personally rewarding.
