Embracing Experience Design for
Asset Management

In an increasingly on-demand world, there is an immense need for Asset Management firms to embrace Experience Design in order to maintain, acquire and expand upon the client business. Recognizing investor complaints regarding Onboarding, Synechron has worked with financial firms to design and build frictionless systems for digital client onboarding, using AI to create a simple client workflow, automate manual tasks, streamline the processing, and enhance Know Your Customer (KYC) data.

Recently, Synechron engaged in a full re-design of a major bank’s mobile corporate credit card application. The previous app yielded just a 10 percent customer mobile adoption, igniting fears that poor usability would cost both new and existing customers. Synechron identified five unique, end-user profiles which informed the development of a highly usable app with profile-specific functions. One year later, the client reported a 75% percent mobile adoption.
