Mekhla Sen Joins Synechron as India HR Head Monday, April 02, 2018 - Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Synechron, the global financial services consulting and technology services provider, today announced the appointment of Mekhla Sen as the company’s new Head of Human Resources for the India region. Mekhla brings over 18+ years’ experience in HRO processes and operations, Global Shared Service Models and the Human Resources domain in the services industry. She is based in Pune and will report to Synechron’s Chief Human Resources Officer, John Gaunt.

A results-oriented HR Professional, Mekhla has worked in various industries including Telecom, Information Technology and IT Services across regions including Asia-Pacific, EMEA and North Americas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, a Master’s degree in Music (Hindustani Classical), and an MBA in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration.

At Synechron, Mekhla will be managing the day-to-day India HR operations and focus on enhancing Synechron's HR-business operating model across the India offices to strengthen employee engagement and leadership support. This is extremely significant given Synechron’s tremendous growth globally and specifically in India, and the context of the company’s recent Employee 2020 initiative rollout. The operations in facilities across Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai are currently being ramped up, and there are plans for a new state-of-the-art facility as well.
