Synechron has developed a unique Young Technology Professional Program together with our clients and partners. The program is specifically designed for recent graduates (with a maximum of two years of work experience) with a strong ambition and drive to have a career within the financial services environment. Thanks to our leading technology position in the market, in-depth knowledge of financial services, and consulting experience, Synechron has the unique capability to teach you technical expertise, broader IT and consulting skills, and financial markets domain knowledge. Our partnership with our clients means that you can immediately put your new knowledge and skills into practice. After completion of the program, you will get the possibility of a permanent job-position.
The first month of the program consists of intensive technical and functional training. After the first month you will have continuous training, knowledge sessions, and coaching. Besides the training you will build up working experience and training on the job (in Amsterdam). Your gained knowledge will be assessed and awarded with the relevant diplomas and certificates.
