As a Technical Project Manager, you will contribute to the success of IB-Data Analytics Strategy by collaborating with customers to deliver innovative software solutions. As a member of the team, you will manage projects using agile methodology, with change and risk management. You will also perform financial management, IT risk, and compliance management functions.

This position will have a great opportunity to contribute to and influence an IB-Data Analytics Program, as well as Project and Financial strategy that provides business value.  


  • Manage audit and compliance aspects of the projects 
  • Assist in the implementation of technical solutions like break glass or DevOps strategy 
  • Track resource allocation and utilization 
  • Develop a detail project/sprint plan to monitor and track progress 
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques, perform risk management and create mitigation plan 
  • Manage the relationship with Dev teams, stakeholders, vendors 
  • Lead the scrum team/s in using Agile methodology and scrum practices 
  • Partner with product owner and development team for timely delivery of the product and achieve customer satisfaction 


You are:

  • A Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience with a Financial Services firm or leading consulting firm with a focus on financial services 
  • Knowledgeable in various types of ETL processes: ETL 1, ETL 2, ETL 3 
  • Experienced in IT Audit 
  • Able to understand reference data, meta data, and master data 
  • Generally knowledgeable in Data Engineering and Machine Learning processes and technologies 
  • Experienced with Data Visualization tools (Tableau) and delivering end-to-end BI solutions 
  • A strong verbal and written communicator with exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills, and ability to partner with business stakeholders 
  • Ability to provide direction and drive progress across groups, particularly to drive consensus of direction from different groups with differing priorities 
  • Able to demonstrate a track record of successfully delivering Development and Maintenance projects with change and risk management 
  • Experienced with agile processes, managing roadmaps and delivery plans, and SDLC life cycle 
  • Equipped with basic SQL and Excel macro skills with the ability to extract and analyze large volumes of data  
  • A strong presenter with the ability to draft a compelling storyline in PowerPoint, and provide periodic status of the projects to the stakeholders 
  • A dedicated problem-solver with a can-do attitude who loves taking initiative to constantly optimize processes and finding happiness in creating something new 
  • A college graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent work experience 

It would be great if you also had:

  • PMP and/or CSM certification 
  • Experience managing and delivering Cloud programs 
  • Azure Fundamentals certification 
  • Experience managing Data Warehousing programs using Snowflake 
  • Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Excel, MS Word, MS Visio and PowerPoint 
  • Prior experience within a Front Office, COO or Compliance role
