Sr. Pega Developer (CSSA/CLSA)

Our Challenge

As a Senior Pega Developer (CSSA/CLSA), you will work with a collaborative Agile team on the analysis, design, and implementation of a Pega 8.x BPM workflow to support business requirements. You will also work with other technical team members to ensure that code follows development standards. You should understand UI/UX designs and have development experience with Pega 7.x/8.x BPM, Java, HTML. XML, and others.

Responsibilties

  • Analyze, design and support the implementation of a Pega 8.x BPM workflow based on business requirements and specifications 
  • Responsible for adhering to development standards defined by the Pega COE and for performing regular code reviews to ensure compliance with those standards 
  • As a member of an Agile Team, it will be required to participate in Scrum ceremonies, to include daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, product demos, and retrospectives 
  • Written and verbal communication skills are very important to ensure all team members are aware of roadblocks and development progress 
  • Work with Testing teams to ensure the timely correction of defects or missed requirements 
  • Participate in the preparation and presentation of demos during the application life cycle  
  • Work with the Agile Team to expand and groom user stories 
  • Work with Lead System Architects to ensure code is compliant with development standards  

Requirements

You are:

  • Equipped with 5 years of IT experience, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience creating Pega BPM solutions  
  • Equipped with hands-on development experience with the following: Pega 7.x and 8.x BPM, Java, SOA, WSDL, Web services, HTML, XML, JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, and Oracle  
  • Understanding of UI/UX designs with the ability to create data entry forms  
  • Able to transform business requirements into a working Pega BPM solution  
  • Understanding of complex concepts and workflows
