As a Senior Service Designer, you’ll have an opportunity to drive change in Financial Services. We need passionate, design-thinking coaches with a high degree of understanding of other disciplines within the digital space. By being a strategic and empathic thinker, you will craft services based on deep, human-center-design practices and be active in various projects streams which will range from stakeholder workshops to research and service definition. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers and experts to design systems at scale and create solutions that modernize legacy processes, improve the user experience of internal systems and tools, centralize data and information to allow for better task management, and reduce the time/effort/error-rate of internal processes.
