As a senior consultant/project manager, you will work on drafting and implementing the most fitted transformation approach to support business requirements. You are capable of setting up a project/program and steering this towards success. You can do this by (1) mapping the current and future situation, (2) steering and influencing the decision-making process in close collaboration with the program manager, (3) providing insight in the progress of your work and (4) acting as an example towards other colleagues.
