Synechron Inc. is looking for a driven and proven Senior Business Development Manager with experience successfully running and growing high-volume consulting and technology business development needs for large financial-services clients. The selected candidate will have successfully managed and built new client relationships and large engagements in the technology consulting space. Charlotte, NC team. The SR BDM has to be local to Charlotte and know the market well

Responsibilities
  • Drive annual sales and revenue targets by acquiring new clients in the Banking industry
  • Build and execute on sales strategies while collaborating with other internal sales and account management groups as required
  • Effectively build a sales pipeline and accurately manage forecasts throughout the sales cycle
  • Frequent client and prospect interaction through sales calls and on-site visits
  • Ability to travel to multiple Synechron client locations/offices and where the new business locations are
Requirements
  • Strong experience in Enterprise Technology Solution Sales within the Banking industry
  • Must have previous business consulting experience and selling the practices consulting services
  • Demonstrable track record of successful new client wins and new business development
  • Proven ability to manage the entire Sales Cycle from lead generation to close
  • Strong background in establishing and developing key stakeholder relationships at CXO level
  • Must have experience in selling emerging technologies (Digital/Machine Learning) especially to large financial services/banks is highly preferred
