Senior Azure DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for providing efficiency, availability and configuration of the different platform types.  You will work with teams to improve processes, coding standards, configurations & ways of working. You will also help build new tools for engine configuration, monitoring, creating processes, and integrate them with standard monitoring tools.

You are:

  • A professional with 8+ years of IT consulting experience, with a demonstrated minimum of 5 years in Cloud computing (preferably in MS Azure) 
  • Understanding of Cloud Computing: virtualization technologies, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) Cloud delivery models 
  • Experienced with Enterprise Security policy and strategy, data backup/restore, capacity planning and performance tuning 
  • Experienced with scripting pipelines, infrastructure automation 
  • Experienced with Azure SQL 
  • Knowledgeable in Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, JIRA, Azure DevOps, TFS 
  • A certified Associate level Solution Architect or DevOps engineer on MS Azure 
  • Fluent in Dutch (a must!) and English
