QA Automation Lead/Architect

Our Challenge

As a QA Automation Lead/Architect, you will work on development and automation projects across the business, with a focus on minimizing impact to DevOps metrics like delivery and deployment time. While not required, a working knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and JIRA will help you succeed in this role.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.  

In accordance with New York law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York is $100k-$120k & benefits (see below). 


You are:

  • Equipped with 10+ years of hands-on experience in development/automation, understanding of OOPS and Design patterns, and well-versed with ways to accelerate automation while managing ROI and maintenance 
  • Able to accelerate QA automation, shift left across squads 
  • Able to drive common tooling, processes, and QA strategy across squads 
  • Understanding of DevOPS, CI/CD using inhouse tools such as Jenkins and Cloud (GitHUB) 
  • Able to manage, track and minimize QA impact to DevOPS metrics, such as Delivery Lead Time and Deployment frequency 
  • Experienced in working with Agile teams, understanding veracious Agile ceremonies and QA role 
  • A good communicator 
  • Equipped with working knowledge of Git, Jenkins, JIRA, etc. 
  • Able to manage/maintain QA artifacts
