Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be joining a collaborative team working alongside Business and Finance departments to manage projects from initialization to production, including budget commitments, technical and functional design, change management, and delivery quality. Expertise in financial and banking markets is fundamental, as is experience working on strong functional projects, and you should be comfortable taking the lead and working without supervision.

Responsibilities

Your role will consist of intervening in all phases of projects across the business. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage projects from initialization to acceptance and production of Front and Back Office servers or Core Banking 
  • Overall project management and change management with business teams 
  • Carry out the overall management of the work, ensuring compliance with the budget, deadline and quality commitments made to the Finance Department 
  • Guarantee the proper conduct of the project from its functional and technical design to its deployment (monitoring of deadlines vs. quality of delivery, coordination of internal and external processes, monitoring of budgets, keeping of reports and indicators, etc.) 

Requirements

You are:

  • A professional with a university degree or equivalent with a financial specialization 
  • Equipped with at least 3 years of experience in capital market or core banking industry as a Project Manager 
  • A team player with good communication skills and a self-starter who needs minimum support 
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator (in English)
