Production/Application Support Analyst

Our Challenge

As a Production/Application Support Analyst, you will provide app production support for critical applications across the business. It is key that you have familiarity with ITIL principles as well as job scheduling and version control tools. Strong English-language skills are a must for this role.

Requirements

You are:

  • Equipped with strong scripting skills, such as Perl, Python, or UNIX shell 
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator with strong English-language skills 
  • Experienced in providing application production support for mission-critical applications  
  • Familiar with job scheduling tools and version control tools (Perforce/Clear Case)  
  • Knowledgeable in ITIL Principles
