As a Product Designer we believe you need to be passionate about new technology and excel in a multitude of different disciplines with an excellent working knowledge of others.
An experience designer devises interaction strategies in sync with business goals, develops navigation and structure, designs wireframes or interactive prototypes, organizes content, and tirelessly advocates for the needs and goals of real users. You will make strategic and tactical design decisions related to design and usability as well as features and functions. You will also perform usability assessments and tests of interactive systems. The best candidate will possess outstanding creativity, a highly detailed nature, and the ability to help define and solve complex user interface problems.
A Product Designer at Synechron is required to work in all areas of digital design. Our designers must be able to undertake several roles as we believe that well-rounded team members produce the best work.
You will take part in internal project kick-off meetings to understand the business needs, brand, users/customers and gather all creative requirements from stakeholders. You will work with technology and creative leads to map out the user journey and website/application architecture that will lay the foundations for a successful digital platform. The needs of the business such as increasing sales, brand awareness and data collection combined with user-centric design are at the forefront of your decision making when creating the best possible user experience.
