.Net Developer

Our Challenge

As a .Net Developer, you will work on enhancing and supporting legacy platforms and applications while moving to new, cloud-compatible/cloud-hosted platforms. You should be able to deep-dive into code, easily understand workflows, and fix and debug errors. It is expected that you will be in the office for around 2 days per week in the city of London. 

This is a great learning experience for someone wanting to know more about Fixed Income, Private Equity and Investment Banking process flows and how applications handle and process trades – Back Office, Front Office and Mid-Office with the opportunity to gain great insights into legacy products.

Additional Information: 

This is a contract position (Inside IR35). We are offering a competitive rate of £600 per day. 


  • Daily scrumming and enhancing legacy products which are home grown, processing data of Fixed Income and PE from the market rates, and ingesting and processing in those applications for calculations and reporting purposes 
  • Service Now tickets for both supporting and new product enhancements (tactical and greenfield) 
  • Quickly deep dive into the app code, reverse engineer to understand the workflow, and tactically fix or debug errors and enhance 


You are:

  • A .NET Developer with commercial experience
  • Highly experienced with SQL  
  • Experienced with C# 

It would be great if you also had:

  • An understanding of SSIS, SSRS 
  • An understanding of Core Oops concepts and design principles of web-based applications
