As a Java Developer, you will support technical and application architecture and system design for use cases across the organization while following best practices. You should fully understand CI/CD principles and event-driven architecture. While not required, prior experience in the BFSI domain, particularly in an enterprise environment, is preferred.


  • Follow best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards and practices 
  • Ensure the quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization 


You are:

  • Highly understanding of research and benchmark technology against other best-in-class technologies
  • Equipped with 5+ years of relevant development and design experience in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
  • Experienced in performance tuning, debugging, monitoring
  • Knowledgeable in containerization with experience in Dockers, Kubernetes
  • Proficient in coding with solid principles, event-driven architecture, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Spring Cloud, Hibernate; a passion for coding is an added advantage
  • Highly experienced with cloud design patterns and their implementation
  • Well-versed with CI/CD principles, and actively involved in solving and troubleshooting issues in the distributed services ecosystem
  • Experienced with distributed services resiliency and monitoring in a production environment
  • Experienced in API gateway integrations like 3scale

It would be great if you also had:

  • Prior experience in banking, financial services, and fintech in an enterprise environment
