HR Manager

Job description:
Synechron is looking for a seasoned HR Manager for North America, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with prior professional services industry experience working in a global setting. This role will report to our Senior Director of Human Resources as well as our Managing Director for Charlotte.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Employee engagement across the USA  
  • Legal & Compliance Management  
  • Implement and maintain common minimum HR practices  
  • Implement and action global HR processes  
  • Responsible for employee relations  
  • Local CSR  
  • Benefits management  
  • Employee Separation  

Requirements:  

  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar HR role  
  • Degree from a 4-year college, Master’s Degree or MBA a plus  
  • Strong project management and operations skills  
  • Strong communication skills
