Job Description

Synechron Inc is seeking Full Stack Java Developer within financial services.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in full-cycle software development including development, automation testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Partner closely with Compliance business clients to understand business needs and to create effective technical solutions.
  • Implementation of business process improvements involving (but not limited to) large volume of data processing efficiency, data quality metrics collection, data transformation/Rule execution logic implementation at both real time and batch mode.
  • Ensuring ongoing compliance with SDLC processes
Requirements
  • 6+ years of web application development and implementation experience.
  • 8+ years of Java experience
  • 6+ years of experience in application & data architecture and solution design
  • 4+ years of Hands on development experience in GUI automation using tools like Selenium Web-driver or Protractor and cucumber
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing in SQL server or other RDBMS technologies
  • 5+ years of J2EE experience
  • 5+ years of Spring MVC experience
  • 3+ years of Cloud Foundry experience (Desirable)
  • 5+ years of JDBC experience
  • 5+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in Spring framework, distributed computing and performance tuning.
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in responsive web design and development.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Quartz scheduling, AutoSys/CRON job development, Java batch development
  • Delivery focus and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communications and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
  • Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Ability to gather and document technical requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills (Desirable)
  • Strong understanding of micro services architecture
  • Strong understanding of service-to-service auth, API security and API performance
  • Experience with at least one build tool (Grunt, Gulp, Maven)
  • Hands on experience writing multi-join SQL queries, stored procedure, user-defined functions, views
  • Good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSON, REST, HTTP/HTTPS Protocols
