Our Challenge

In this role as a Senior Core Java Developer, you will use your experience with data structures, algorithms, and network programming to help you with development use cases presented to you. It’s key that you have prior experience in a trading platform, and a background in finance, while not required, is preferable.  


Additional Information – New York 

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors.  

In accordance with New York law, the base salary for this role if filled within New York is $110k-$146k & benefits (see below). 


You are:

  • A developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Core Java 
  • Experienced in the trading platform (a must!) 
  • Equipped with 5+ years of hands-on experience with data structures, algorithms, and network programming using Java NIO 
  • A development expert in high performance, high availability, high throughput, high capacity, yet low latency, transaction-oriented, distributed systems, preferably in a finance environment 
  • Experienced with order management systems or order state handling 
  • Experienced with development on a Unix and/or Linux environment
