Calypso Business Analyst

Overview

As a Senior Calypso Business Analyst, you will work on project and user management, including data reporting, as well as the writing of functional specifications in Calypso. You will also have the opportunity to learn from and train with experts within our Calypso Center of Excellence. You should be familiar with Agile methodologies, and while not required, knowledge of French is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Project and user management (data reporting, enrichment of interfaces that communicate with Calypso) 
  • Follow-up on the collection of requirements 
  • Impact study, analysis and costing of the solution with the development teams and validation of the solution with the business 
  • Writing of detailed functional specifications and configuration of the solution in Calypso 
  • Configuration and parameterization of functional evolutions (validation, settlement, product valuation) 
  • Test book, functional validation test and user tests 
  • Execution of manual and/or automated test cases 
  • SQL queries 
  • You can benefit from the support of our Calypso Center of Excellence and its experts through training; we also work on upgrades to Calypso V15

Requirements

You are:

  • A professional with a university degree or equivalent in a computer-based discipline 
  • Equipped with at least 5 years of experience in Calypso 
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies 
  • A team player with good communication skills and a self-starter who needs minimum support 
  • An excellent writer and speaker in English

It would be great if you also had:

  • Knowledge of commodities  
  • Knowledge of French
