Our enterprise architecture practice is specialized in transformation projects in banking, asset management, insurance and pensions. Transformations are more rule than exception in the financial services sector. They can be driven by need for efficiency, integration or separation of organizations, regulatory requirements or a need for improving client experiences. Before a transformation can be implemented, we as business architects provide support with the design of both current and future state business, data, application and technology architecture.
The enterprise architecture practice is an international and growing practice. We are forward-looking and eager to develop innovative solutions for tomorrow’s challenges. We are doing this by developing Accelerator programs in our worldwide financial innovation labs and via knowledge sharing with our colleagues from other departments (such as Regulatory Change & Compliance, Data Governance, and Data Science), our expert areas Digital and Technology and together with our international locations.
