Duties: Analyze business requirements and establish specifications for the design and development of Risk Analysis and Business Process Management solutions addressing current and anticipated business needs; map conceptual business, financial, risk and regulatory elements into practical system capabilities in-line with the industry standards; engage in Joint Application Development ("JAD") and brainstorming sessions with business stakeholders and develop work/process flow, sequence diagrams, UI Rules/Controls, etc. to be used by the technical development team; write user stories, lead story grooming sessions, create SLA rules as well as validation and correspondence rules; design and map integration components/properties, and lead business documentation, testing and deployment as a part of a wider project team on the overall project.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering or Computer Engineering. Two (2) years' experience as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Software Developer or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.

Worksite: 214 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. Must be willing to relocate to unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. No travel and/or telecommuting.
