Our Challenge

You will be a part of a team of coaches supporting our newly created streams and crews to embed the unified model of Agile at a global level. As part of this team, you will be closely collaborating across countries with Agile Coaches from other business divisions and training teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.


  • Be a strong servant leader who can garner respect from individuals, put their needs first, and have a strong attitude of transparency 
  • Communicate effectively within the team, across teams and in larger community of practice 
  • Facilitate difficult discussions and Agile ceremonies 
  • Be assertive, and ensure that Agile principles are adhered to while being pragmatic about practices 
  • Be enthusiastic and engaging, a source of motivation for individuals and teams, and be able to lead teams to self-organization 
  • Be sensitive to changes and continuous improvement. Ensure that you are continually growing one’s own craft, learning new tools, and sharing techniques across the community 
  • Train teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, with a special interest in role-based trainings like Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Kanban Flow Manager 


You are:

  • Equipped with 8-15 years of experience 
  • A strong Agile Coach 
  • Familiar with Scrum, Kanban, Lean or other Agile methodologies 
  • Highly experienced in Scaling 
  • Equipped with a successful track record of Agile Coaching at a regional level 
  • Certified in: PMI, CSM, SAFe 
  • Experienced with working in the banking sector (a must!)
