InSync Charlotte Event Recap

Synechron brought together many C – level executives for its Charlotte client event this month. InSync Charlotte explored the latest in Digital Innovation including AI, RPA, Data Science, Devops and other fintech strategies.

Senior Director and Head of the Charlotte Office, Kishor Kumar kicked off the evening by sharing the importance of this event and some of the latest Synechron achievements including the launch of our 4 Accelerator programs that lead to many awards and industry-renowned projects.

Doug Hague of UNC Charlotte’s Data Science Initiative Program took the stage to discuss his 20 years of experience running analytics teams in the financial industry. He also shared with us his vast knowledge on subjects such as AI application infrastructure and Machine Learning. He went on to discuss some of the challenges that go along with the implementation of automated ML, explaining that while it is a good time saver its only a portion of the process of developing a model.

Our second keynote of the evening Harish Doddi, CEO of Datatron, created interest when sharing his thoughts on the three phases of Data Science Life Cycle. He also discussed the benefits of monitoring for Machine Learning Models. He felt that ML model is a continuous process from building, deployment, management and monitoring.

Synechron’s Senior Director, Ron Veith moderated a panel of experts from US Bank, UNCC, Datatron and Synechron to discuss different approaches, challenges and success stories on topics such as DevOps, Digital, Cloud, RPA and AI. We had an engaging panel discussion and took questions from many audience members.

After presentations our guests had the opportunity to visit one of our AI and RPA demo sessions. Our demo stations included Synechron’s Neo RPA Tech Stack which includes .Net, Angular and SqlServer. We were able to demonstrate how they provide great flexibility to integrate any automation library/automation tool. The evening ended with drinks, dinner, race car simulators, a pit crew challenge and many more activities that the NASCAR Hall of Fame has to offer.
