InSync Charlotte Client Event
Synechron’s InSync conferences have always tried to take FinTech discussions to the next level, and for the first time, InSync came to Charlotte. InSync Charlotte brought together industry leaders in Artificial Intelligence to demonstrate how to apply Machine Learning, Data Science, RPA, NLP, Chatbots and more to increase efficiency, solve complex business challenges, and enhance the customer experience.
Hosted at The Foundation for the Carolinas, the evening started with a welcome address from Synechron, Senior Director, Kishor Kumar who heads the Charlotte office. Kishor discussed the exceptional 30% organic growth Synechron has seen over the past year, and how innovation programs focused on blockchain and artificial intelligence especially have contributed to it.
CIO Isaac Sacolick and author of the new book, Driving Digital: Enabling the Data Driven Organization, discussed data aggregation, lineage, and visualization as a critical prerequisite and compliment to AI programs. Continuing from there, Quantexa, Co-founder and COO, Imam Hoque, gave a riveting presentation on Data Science techniques related to entity resolution and network analytics that demonstrated how these concepts could be applied to uniquely financial services use cases like AML and Fraud.
Following the presentations, Synechron’s Ron Veith moderated a panel on actionable use cases for Artificial Intelligence within Financial Services which included the featured speakers, Imam and Isaac as well as Sandeep Kumar from Synechron’s AI COE and Managing Director, Capital Markets. The panel was followed by cocktail hour in a lovely rocked-wall courtyard where Isaac signed copies of his book and Imam and the Synechron team provided demos of our solutions. The content and cocktails lead into a sitdown dinner to conclude the evening with great conversations.
