Connected Claims 2019 Event Recap
Insurance Nexus Connected Claims USA Summit 2019 was hosted in the Windy City of Chicago where there were 1,000 Senior Claims Executives who heard from our Technology experts about strategies to deliver an unforgettable customer experience, and the future of the claims process. For insurance carriers, claims is the ultimate moment of truth, and delivering seamless claims is no longer negotiable.
Insurance customers are no longer willing to sit and wait 18 months for a new capability to be deployed within a claims system due to the mobile, self-serve economy and the rise of InsurTechs dramatically shifting customer expectations. Those Insurers that cannot provide a bespoke, seamless claims experience now surely will fall behind the competition.
“We currently see a revolution taking place in claims management driven by new technologies and data analytics. When done right, insurance companies can build true competitive advantage by significantly enhancing their claims process efficiencies and claims customer experience,” said opening Keynote Speaker: Andreas Kleiner, CEO, American Modern.
Eric Brandt, Managing Director and Chief Customer Advocate at Esurance presented how insurance companies can build a Strategy and Digital Capabilities to Succeed in the Age of the Customer by using every interaction as a touchpoint to build trust and loyalty by delivering transparent and real-time communication in a truly frictionless customer experience. To prove the point, he talked about how Esurance is driving a customer-obsessed culture to make the experience of buying, owning and using insurance surprisingly painless.
