We assisted The General, an insurance company that works with higher risk profiles, on the UX of their mobile application. They had a very large user base and an app that required a streamlined user flow and user experience that needed to accommodate a new visual design for sections like getting quotes, managing policies and reporting claims.
Our UX team established new flows and created prototypes to validate them. We then deployed an iterative design process that allowed us to quickly nail down the new-user journey and shift pieces to combine actions in a more efficient manner.
The challenge was to create an easy-to-use customer onboarding process keeping all the business requirements intact.
