After several years of growing capabilities through our partnership which has been in place since 2014, Synechron launched in 2017 its Prima Solutions Center of Excellence. It aims to coordinate and expand our expertise, the quality of our delivery and our global service offerings to customers. It also strengthens our pool of experienced consultants with a deep platform knowledge and a solid understanding of common issues and obstacles – and best practices for overcoming them.
Quality and Delivery capabilities
Synechron has worked closely together with Prima Solutions to implement the Prima Insure® suite for dozens of clients worldwide, covering a wide scope of Insurance products and functionalities.
Our focus is on efficient delivery, based on Prima Solutions’ agile methodology with a proven track-record, as well as quality, through our testing factory, tools, and knowledge management.
We can propose a wide range of delivery models and offerings, from on-shore, near-shore, off-shore or a mixed combination of locations to optimize project price and resource availability. We can propose expertise for all project roles, from Project Managers and Scrum Masters to Business Analysts, Quality Assurance Analysts and Developers.
We aim to addresses our clients’ challenges through our full-coverage capability approach, including client events and innovative proposals in collaboration with the digital branch of the group.
Thanks to our in-house Prima Insure® experts, we built and run a comprehensive training program for both technical and analyst profiles.
Flexible and efficient, the program can be run worldwide and allows us to train both junior specialists with little previous Insurance knowledge as well as more experienced individuals interested in specializing in the Prima Insure platform. It, therefore, supports the high quality and continuous skill building of our consultants.
