At Synechron, we have defined a proprietary framework that allows us to track and measure project maturity and quality. This framework was defined specifically with our domain focus in mind and allows organizations to gauge the quality of the software as well as adherence to SDLC processes.

To ensure assimilation of best practices across the organization, our QA-CoE carries out the Project Maturity Model initiated at the organizational level. This model is customized to focus on the maturity items at the project level depending on the specific area of testing. The QA-CoE team has also developed industry relevant guidelines for best practices/standards and estimation model across different quality areas, right from project initiation to delivery. Process compliance and continuous improvement is achieved through internal audits and periodic reviews.

Our QA governance team, consisting of members from development, quality assurance infrastructure and production support, are responsible for managing release sign off at desired levels, and gating of releases to the next environment. They also formalize the QA standards, templates and metrics.
