Foreclosure Workflow System for a Leading US based Bank

Home lending division of a leading US bank required development of a workflow system for Foreclosure Referral and Postponement group and automate other pre-foreclosure processes. A system that is highly scalable and can handle high volumes of loans was needed. Synechron collaborated with the client to develop a BPM suite integrated with other systems, which enabled the client to reduce foreclosure referral and postponement processing from months to days. The system was developed in less than 60 days and provided reduced time to market and reduced manual data entry and errors by implementing automated integration of data. The client also achieved improved visibility and control of workload distribution and skill management of operation team members.

Call Center Solution for a Leading Insurance Provider

A leading provider of extended service plans required a call center solution to automate the process of filing claims for extended warranty. Synechron partnered with the client to consolidate the business processes and integration requirements. The system development used Pega’s built for change approach to develop solutions that are re-usable and plug and play. The key benefits to the client included reduced AHT and higher customer satisfaction. The client now has a set of re-usable engines for fulfillment, claims, scripting and entitlements. The application was developed on Pega PRPC 6.1 and CPM 6.1 Framework.
