Synechron today inaugurated its brand new 1000 seat capacity, Software Development Center, “Synechron, IT Towers” located at Kharadi, it’s second in the city of Pune.
Synechron’s new Development Center marks a defining moment in a period of exponential growth for Synechron over the last 4 years. A period that has seen it emerge as the preferred software outsourcing partner of a spectrum of leading multinationals-including Washington Mutual, Bank of New York (G-Trade), Merrill Lynch, Genta Corporation, Knoll, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Sony Style, Viewpoint Corporation and Modem Media, to name a few.
The Center was formally inaugurated by six of the first batch of employees recruited by Synechron, in the presence of Chief Guest, Mr. Richard Zaziski, CEO of FYI Systems Inc., a leading US based MNC and a long-standing partner of Synechron.
A silver plaque was also unveiled to mark the occasion in the presence of honorary guests Dr. Ashok Kolaskar, Vice-Chancellor, Pune University, and Dr. Ashok Joshi, Director - IndSearch & Founder Dean, Faculty of Management Science, University of Pune and Former President of Association of Management Schools.
The plaque was deemed to be a formal acknowledgement of the consistent efforts and unyielding commitment to excellence of all of Synechron’s employees, across teams, geographies and hierarchies, who have made possible Synechron’s exponential growth thus far.

Spanning over 65,000 sq feet and five floors, the Synechron IT Towers Center is equipped with state-of-the-art physical & technological infrastructure. The new Center will include a full-fledged Design Studio for a 50–member Creative Services team, dedicated Testing labs, dedicated client centers. In addition it will feature a multi-cuisine cafeteria and employee recreation areas. The Center is designed to meet world-class ergonomic standards to ensure a harmonious and stress free working environment for maximum creativity & productivity.
Keeping in mind Synechron’s commitment to high customer responsiveness and flexibility, the Pune Development facility also offers features such as intelligent, modular workstations adaptable to rapid reconfiguration to suit specific partner requirements.
The center has also been custom designed with theme décor elements to represent a blend of cutting edge sophistication along with the trademark dynamism and energy of Synechron. Different areas of the center feature a multitude of themes reflecting Synechron’s multi-locational presence, it’s commitment to synergistic partnership and it’s cultural diversity.
Synechron’s new center will offer its Partners the advantage of leveraging the power of their own Strategic Development Center (SDC), a self-contained, physically distinct, secure Enterprise class unit with it’s own dedicated resource team. This would function seamlessly as the Partner’s own “Extended Arm” operation that leverages the strengths of Synechron to provide tremendous Time, Cost & Productivity benefits. In effect, this would enable Synechron’s Partners to establish their own captive, Global Development & Delivery centre with a dedicated resource team without the infrastructural, operational or localization challenges of establishing and managing the same.
