The Challenge

The client required custom enhancement of their online transaction interface tool on the Internet, in order to convert their phone-based and manual marketing process flow into a real time, single window access, web-based application, leveraging Synechron's in-depth expertise in IT-enabled automation services.

The client’s needs were:

  • To redesign their existing website as a potent front-end tool for communicating effectively to their clients and showcase their wide spectrum of value-added services, as well as their core competencies.
  • To provide their geographically dispersed clients and brokers with seamless, real-time, web based access to the application for administration and management of their loan services.
  • To enable Intranet based administration and management of their services and related tasks.

Synechron took up the challenge of conceptualizing, designing and developing a front-to-back web-based, application-oriented environment that would not only align to the client objectives but also synchronize their processes and surpass their expectations to deliver a superior, affordable and quality-intensive internet application.

The Solution

Synechron went beyond client expectations to deliver an integrated, tailor-made solution using Web.Fusion, their proprietary website Content Management Tool.

Synechron’s Web.Fusion, a revolutionary portal based, dynamic Knowledge & Content Management System enables users to create, deploy, manage and administer key corporate information as well as website content such as articles, press releases, job postings and investor information in a highly efficient, streamlined and effortless manner.

Web.Fusion is highly customizable, allowing users to build in multiple, enhanced functionalities and features. It also allows for XML interfaces, enabling Plug and Play architecture.

Synechron leveraged the advanced, user-friendly features of Web.Fusion, that facilitated client website development and also offered optimal resource efficiency.

The Synechron solution comprised the following three function-oriented website applications designed for seamless, real-time marketing operations management, Role based Access and Authentication, and integration with MS Active Directory Services.

  • Intranet Administration Site--for process flow administration and management
  • A Web site for all users--to provide a marketing interface tool to their clients and business associates.
  • Correspondent Administration Web site--to address the needs of their geographically dispersed correspondents.
