I'm no stranger to creative and talented individuals. In my career I have worked with, competed against, and studied under very gifted professionals. Today, it is apparent that I am continuing on this path of surrounding myself with talented individuals. Sometimes when I look up from my computer, the realization sets in as to how lucky I am to be a part of an organization that hires only the most dedicated and knowledgeable people. I work within a team of fast thinking, extremely talented web developers with the ability to solve challenging problems in a matter of minutes. Every day there is a new project waiting to be tackled and my team is always more than willing to assist.

I thrive in a fun, exciting, and challenging atmosphere and that is exactly what I experience at Synechron. There are great opportunities to advance within the company as well as individually. I am continually being challenged with learning on my own for future advancement within the company. My short time here has been a very rewarding experience and I look forward to many great years of tackling the world's IT problems with everyone at Synechron.

I joined Synechron around 5 years back and I must admit that it has been an enriching and exciting journey thus far. Every day here has been sort of an adventure, bringing new opportunities and putting my technical and managerial skills to the test. And that's how I have grown - started as a Senior Associate, moved on to become a Lead, then an Assistant Manager and now a Project Manager, handling a team of 50+ resources. With such a dynamic career growth, I can actually visualize myself as a Senior Manager and then as a Director with the company. It's simply amazing when I look back; this type of growth is only possible with Synechron. The motto has always been simple - perform, be creative, take initiatives and then the sky is the limit to where you can reach.

One of the major differentiating factors about Synechron is that people here believe in you... they believe in your skills and capabilities. Dynamism and quality are two key elements for success at Synechron - this is the place for those who have the drive to succeed from within. The company truly believes in taking people to the next level and encourages them to perform better. That's what I love the most because as they say "when the going gets tough, the tough get going!"

It has been over 6 years since I joined Synechron and such an exciting journey of learning and growing it has turned out to be in my professional career! From being the only recruiter in the organization in the year 2005 to being the Resource Manager of one of the largest accounts at Synechron, it has been a highly rewarding time and a highly satisfying growth path for me, full of positive experiences.

Right from the very beginning, the Management has shown in me - immense faith, confidence and support to let me carve my own niche. The freedom to be creative along with the guidance and support from the Management has kept me motivated at all times and enabled me to deliver on the challenges and expectations.

I was given the opportunity to work on a wide gamut of recruitment activities across multiple geographies. Right from core resourcing activities at our Global locations such as UK and Japan to building specialized technology teams from the ground up, there has been plenty to keep me busy. Each day comes with newer opportunities and exciting challenges, which motivate me to dream big and perform better. Overall, it has been a wonderful journey being a part of the highly commendable "Growth Story" of Synechron and it feels like I am just getting started!

Seven years down memory lane and I can clearly recall the footprints of the mighty leaps Synechron has taken over the time. The organization has provided me with a sense of belonging, the support of a family and the excitement of being a part of something special and dynamic. The excellent leadership combined with the passion and broad technical horizon has put us on a path from where there is no looking back.

Clients perceive us as a solutions provider who they can partner with to propel their technology roadmap to the next level. Our Sales and support staff combines effectively with the delivery teams in order to provide an agile experience to the client and the integrity with which we conduct our business has been a talking point of many a client meetings and forms the core to our success and relationships.

The freedom with which we express ourselves in our work is a direct result of the progressive atmosphere existing in the organization. Fun and work co-exist in our culture and this pushes all individuals to challenge their best and come out with something better. The individuality Synechron has provided me has not only helped me grow professionally but personally as well.

I joined Synechron as a Lead 5 years back, and my career has seen an upward graph from leading a team of 4 to today managing a team of around 150 Synechronites. This experience has truly opened my eyes to what it means to have a fast track, growth oriented career !. And most of all I have enjoyed the journey. I really look forward to each day here.

I have the highest admiration and respect for the culture and attitude of Synechron. Even as the company grows multifold, each year, the ownership has always ensured that the company has the same fire, the same sense of excitement, great merit based rewards, the best opportunities in terms of being able to work Onsite and on cutting edge technologies and much more. Synechron is truly a meritocracy where talent is recognized and anyone who puts in effort will receive every encouragement to grow. Even during the worst recession in history, the Management ensured that the smiles and positive faith on the faces of the Synechronites did not diminish. And as I think over it, from a personal viewpoint, the reason is very simple "I love the workplace and the workplace reciprocates multifold".

There is so much that I could say about Synechron, but I would summarize by saying that "Synechron is now a part of my being...you have to be here to experience it all"!

Synechron is a fantastic place to work. From the day one it's been like a family that holds all of its employees to a cultural standard as well as good work ethics. I like that. This work environment motivates everyone to give 100% each and every day.

My first impression of its peers and staff was nothing short of a wonderful team of very talented, motivated staff that were friendly; yet were working very sincerely to aspire and help each employees' personal and professional growth. Over the years my belief only strengthened in Synechron’s professionalism and fairness towards its clients and employees.

There have been so many incidents where I personally witnessed how important it is for Synechron to put their employees or clients needs first before their own business profits - for instance: they invested heavily in employee's growth by providing all the resources(training/books/seminars/travel etc) YET they never forced an employee to take up an assignment(project) that the employee did not want (even on employees' absurd reasoning! although it was lucrative for Synechron); on the client side too - even after the acceptance of a project task; Synechron's employees went above and beyond the call of duty to provide the best services(in terms of enhancements and delivering anything short of superlative work is against the Synechron culture).

Synechron is famous for its style of celebration of events. I am the most fortunate and active participant in various Synechron events. I wanted to say that I am proud to be a Synechronite and foreseeing a long term tenure over here. This is just not the end but I believe the beginning of my journey at Synechron to take it to the next level.

I live and work in Manhattan and love the fact that I never have to cross a street to get a good slice of pizza. I have a very cool son who lives in Florida. I work in Synechron’s Strategy and Architecture group in New York, under Bruce Gallager. My role involves understanding a prospect’s business and technical challenge and creating the framework for a solution. I then present the solution in the form of a proposal and work with the Sales team to close the opportunity. Once closed, I help assemble the team and oversee the work. Our primary objectives are to deliver strong architectures and to help expand the work into development, operational, and support phases.

I have an academic background – research and teaching in pure mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania and Bryn Mawr College, and recently teaching Technology and Finance (Risk Management in Financial Institutions) at NYU. My core research area was in Differential Geometry, studying the curvature of surfaces and geodesics.

I built and ran a consulting business beginning in 1984 focused on development of firmware and software embedded in hardware products for clients like Digital Equipment, Kodak, and AT&T. Our firm also designed and built process control software and hardware for factory automations. I had an exciting run designing and building products based on the Fast Fourier Transform and energy spectrum analysis. In this domain we built a product for DuPont that designed explosion patterns for blasting rock in quarries, and a product that tested and certified the steering mechanism of Cruise Missiles. I worked in a high-performance computing software development firm, and that work lead to the very-large database domain. I used the database skills to move into a role of Chief Architect for Financial Services for a Data Warehouse consultancy specializing in Ab Initio. I spent two years as an employee of Citigroup as Chief Architect of the Private Bank. Following that, I provided independent Architecture and Data Warehouse consulting at Citi, AIG, American Express, and Nomura. I had an exciting assignment sitting on the equities trading floor at Citi as the liaison between the traders and the data warehouse group. Now Synechron is my home.

I stepped into the IT industry at Synechron as a trainee-software in October 2010, and yes, Synechron turned out to be a goldmine for me. Soon after joining, I got an opportunity to work in one of the niche technology domains, iPhone development, which enabled me to learn entirely new concepts. I am blessed to work with a team that is full of talents in all realms of technology, fun-loving and motivated. My seniors have always encouraged me to focus on technology and helped me wherever required. Every day you will get to learn new things and altogether it gives you a unique experience.

My team gave me a chance not only to improve my skills as a developer, but also encouraged me to get involved in every phase of software development right from requirement analysis to client interaction, final delivery and customer satisfaction. During the first year of my professional career, I went through many ups-and-downs, but I took all this in a positive way and that enabled me to learn more about the corporate life. I learned many things here like quality with perfection, timely deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction – areas that Synechron excels in.

Synechron truly believes in the saying "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy", and that’s why it parties with the same enthusiasm as they show in their work. Award functions, outdoor adventures, sports, cultural events and get-togethers are organized by the employee care team on a regular basis and I love being a part of it. I thank Synechron for showing faith, confidence and trust in me and I foresee a long career path with Synechron.

When I joined Synechron, it was a family of around 800 people, and now after three years, we are over 3000 and growing. Being a part of this great success story was an amazing experience for me in terms of developing myself as a BI Developer and to do what I'm interested in everyday.

Soon after joining, I started working on a project for a Japan customer. I quickly realized that I have joined a well-structured team of professionals on the cutting edge of today's technology. Within one and a half years, I was given the opportunity to go and work onsite with them in Japan. I realized then that the management was showing the confidence they had in me, even in the early stages of my career. From then on, I've been interacting directly with customers in most of the projects I've worked on. My confidence has increased and I enjoy meeting people and getting to know their culture and ethics. If I can understand their requirements from their point of view, it helps me to meet their expectations.

I am working on the same project since the last three years without any change. If you're wondering why – it's quite simple   ; I just didn't think about making a change as I am learning everything that I want here itself. Our group head is a very good, hands-on manager, who listens to our views and is supportive. As for Synechron, it's more like a family. We all enjoy ourselves and it's a very friendly work environment.

Some of the world's best companies are performance driven. One thing that stands out is that these companies have an excellent work culture, which, when combined with strong talent and good managerial policies, gives them an edge over others. Synechron is one of those few companies that have defied the outdated traditional practices of the IT Industry and power packed an entirely new set of ideologies to create a refreshing work culture.

I have been with Synechron long enough to have observed that "openness" is an inherent quality in Synechron. The mere fact that our senior management is so approachable is enough to warm up any employee. Synechronites don't have any airs; we have attitude and it’s about excelling in our roles and not in vanity. From the top up to the bottom down, it’s in our DNA to be rooted and humility is a big part of what makes us. As we complete 10 years in the business, I have also realized how much deliberation has gone into strategizing the winning work culture in Synechron, infusing the sense of belonging in our employees, embedding our Core values (I personally like "integrity" the best) and creating a work force which is so well set to give some serious competition to the world. We are not a bunch of over worked IT folks who lack innovation and live for weekends!

I am a proud Synechronite and take even greater pride in saying that I am one of those lucky few who love what they do. I say this often to my boss and it can’t be described in a better way – "I truly believe in our value system and our commitment to customer satisfaction. I simply can’t sell to others what I wouldn't buy myself."

I had joined Synechron a year ago as a team lead, after having spent over 10 years in the field of IT. It quickly became apparent to me that this was a different company from those I have worked for in the past. Everyone here genuinely enjoys their work and the people they work with. They are all very dedicated towards their clients and projects, ensuring that the best possible services are delivered.

The management here at Synechron has been among the best I have ever worked with. They truly care about the well being of all their employees and will go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable and enjoying your work environment. The work here is challenging, but I have learned so much in such a short time that it continually amazes me how far I have come as well as makes me excited about how far I can go.

In most of the IT companies I have worked with, you are treated as disposable and easily replaceable. However, Synechron treats each of its employees as a significant asset and makes it feel like you belong to the Synechron family. I see myself having a long career ahead at Synechron which is not something I would say about other companies.

The first time I came to know about Synechron was back in 2002, in the Mortgage Banking domain. Synechron had provided innovative designs to our Business Solutions team and quickly earned our respect through their hard work and dedication to quality. Their reputation for excellence was so strong with business and technology leaders that they grew and moved into varied sectors and businesses. As I moved around a bit over the last few years, I continued to recommend Synechron for consulting and development. Then came the time when I accepted an opportunity to work for them as a Product Manager/ Business Analyst for a client in NYC. It has been almost two years now and I am extremely happy with my decision. I am currently working onsite, writing business requirements, and working with our onsite/offshore engineering team to deliver products to their respective markets.
